Club standard

DISCIPLINE, RESPECT AND PROPER COACHING

Real boxing is controlled, technical and respectful. Beginners, regulars and competitive boxers share the same floor with the same basic rule: train properly and treat people properly.

Coaches set the tone. You will be shown what to do, corrected when you need it, and given a clear route into the right class.
